Shipping And Delivery
Orders placed on mashruframes.com are shipped from India to selected international destinations. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery timelines begin once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed.
Order Windows
Mashru may accept orders during limited order windows. As we work through considered production cycles and limited runs, quantities, size allocations, and availability may vary. Order windows may close without prior notice.
Production Timeline
The timeline shown on each product page refers to production, finishing, and quality control before dispatch. It does not include shipping or carrier transit time.
Pre-order pieces are treated as made-to-order pieces unless expressly stated otherwise. Made-to-order and pre-order pieces may require longer fulfilment periods than ready-stock pieces. Production timelines may shift due to material availability, dyeing outcomes, handwork, finishing, quality checks, production capacity, or unforeseen circumstances.
Ready-Stock Orders
Ready-stock pieces, where available, are prepared for dispatch within the estimated timeline stated on the product page or at checkout. Dispatch timelines may vary during public holidays, operational pauses, high order volume, or courier delays.
International Shipping
Mashru primarily ships to selected international destinations. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to destination, shipment weight, shipping method, and courier availability.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage charges, clearance charges, or other destination-based costs. These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout. Mashru has no control over customs duties, taxes, import charges, or clearance timelines.
Customs & Import Requirements
Certain destinations may require additional customs information, including identification, tax-related details, or import documentation. Customers may be contacted directly by the shipping carrier for customs clearance.
Failure to provide requested information, pay applicable duties, or complete import requirements may result in delays, failed delivery, or return of the order.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Mashru is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, return-to-sender shipments, or losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please write to Customer Care as soon as possible. We may not be able to update the address once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
Delivery attempts are managed by the shipping carrier according to its service terms and local operations. If delivery attempts remain unsuccessful, the shipment may be held, returned, or otherwise handled in accordance with courier policies. Additional charges for re-delivery, storage, return, or re-shipment may be the responsibility of the customer.
Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
Shipments returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, incomplete or incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, unavailable recipient, unpaid duties, unpaid charges, or failure to complete customs requirements will not be treated as failed delivery by Mashru.
If an order is returned to Mashru for any of these reasons, re-shipment may be subject to additional shipping charges. Refunds, where considered, may be subject to deductions for original shipping charges, return shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs charges, payment processing charges, and any other costs incurred.
For made-to-order, pre-order, customised, altered, personalised, or specially produced pieces, refunds may not be available for undeliverable or returned shipments unless required by applicable law.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, transit updates and delivery timelines are managed by the shipping carrier. If a shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, Mashru may assist in raising or supporting an investigation with the carrier where applicable. Investigation timelines, tracking updates, and final findings remain subject to the carrier's policies and systems.
Mashru does not guarantee replacement, refund, or compensation for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, or losses caused by incorrect customer information, unpaid duties, refusal of delivery, customs issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, or if an incorrect item has been received, customers must submit the Return / Exchange Form within 48 hours of delivery with order details, clear photographs or videos of the concern, and images of the packaging.
Damage to external shipping packaging alone will not automatically be considered product damage. Mashru reserves the right to decline claims submitted outside the stated timeline, claims with insufficient evidence, or claims where the issue appears to have occurred due to customer handling after delivery.
Split Shipments
Where an order contains multiple pieces, items may be shipped together or separately depending on product availability, production timelines, quality checks, packaging requirements, or logistics. Tracking details will be shared once each shipment is dispatched, where applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
Orders placed to restricted, incomplete, inaccessible, freight forwarding, parcel locker, hotel, temporary, or high-risk delivery addresses may be refused, cancelled, or delayed. Mashru reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipment to locations where delivery is unavailable, legally restricted, operationally difficult, or considered high risk by our courier partners.
Force Majeure
Mashru is not responsible for delays in production, shipment, or delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This may include natural events, extreme weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, strikes, labour issues, governmental actions, regulatory restrictions, courier interruptions, technical failures, public health events, war, civil unrest, or other events outside our control.
